KIND WORDS:
About Mary:
“Mary SanGiovanni is as effective and versatile a writer as anybody working today. She knows her monsters. Of equal importance, she understands the frailties and strengths of the people who fight evil.” – Laird Barron, author of SWIFT TO CHASE
“Mary SanGiovanni deftly mixes genres and voices, and her books are always creepy, unsettling, and thrilling.”– Paul Tremblay, author of A HEAD FULL OF GHOSTS and HORROR MOVIE
“One of horror’s brightest stars.” – Horror Web
“A master of cosmic horror.” – Library Journal Review
About THE EVERYWHERE HOUSE
“This novel is the Hell House for the twenty-first century; it goes where no haunted house plot has gone before. SanGiovanni writes so concisely that her awl-sharp prose supplants the reader directly into the cursed Carrington House, and from that point on, you’re trapped. It’s terrifying and terrifyingly different, crammed with otherworldly visions and unprecedented, never-before-thought-of horrors. This needs to be a big-budget movie. It’s the best “haunted house” book I’ve read since The Shining.” – Ed Lee
“THE EVERYWHERE HOUSE is Mary SanGiovanni’s best yet, full of breathtaking imagination, claustrophobic dread, and images that will stay with you for a very long time. If Shirley Jackson had written a cosmic horror novel, it might’ve come out something like this.” – Christopher Golden, New York Times bestselling author of ROAD OF BONES and THE HOUSE OF LAST RESORT

“Successfully captures the impending doom facing our world with a sense of dread which matches that invoked by Bradbury’s Something Wicked This Way Comes…a fast paced, highly enjoyable read.” – Ginger Nuts of Horror
“The concept here is fantastic…the atmosphere was perfect, the monsters were suitably grotesque, and the supernatural threat was legitimately fearsome… a refreshingly original entry in the horror genre.” – Beauty in Ruins
“A superbly crafted gem of a novel…delivering in spades.” – The Bergh
“A near perfect horror read. Lots of atmosphere, tons of tension, a body count of nearly ridiculous levels all play their part.” – Sci Fi and Scary
